Stadia & Arena Events

In 2010 the event will be held in London at Excel – International Exhibition and Conference Centre. Construct Stadia
The Construct Group, based in Buckinghamshire, UK, designs and builds modular steel-framed stands, stadia and arenas on a global basis. It has rejected the reinforced concrete method of construction, instead seeing pre-engineered steel terracing panels and prefabricated modular steel units as the future of stadia construction.
Intelligent Engineering
Intelligent Engineering’s SPS Terraces are prefabricated terracing or riser units, as used recently at the O2 Dublin in Ireland, and the Ascot Racecourse Grandstand and Birmingham’s LG Arena in the UK, to create raked seating and standing platforms. They are manufactured from steel and a sandwich plate system (SPS) in a range of tread widths, rise heights and long clear spans for both stadia and arenas.
Jezet Seating
Jezet Seating has supplied retractable seating systems and seats for theatres, auditoria, and sports halls for more than 35 years. From its corporate site in Overpelt in Belgium, it handles the whole development process in house, from preliminary studies to the end product. It also has its own installation teams to perform the installation and provide after-sales service.

Sekisui Alveo AG
Sekisui Alveo is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of cross-linked polyolefin foams. The company specialises in five markets – adhesive coating, automotive, construction including artificial turf, industrial and consumer goods. One of its most prominent products is the Alveo Sports Layer, a base layer made of cross-linked polyolefin foam with a closed cell structure, used for synthetic turf pitches.
