


Sojitz and Mitsubishi Electric install screen at Dubai’s new racecourse
Sojitz and Mitsubishi Electric have installed a Diamond Vision screen at the Meydan Racecourse, which recently opened in Dubai. The racecourse boasts a five-star hotel and museum, and has spectator stands totalling 1.6km, to accommodate 60,000 spectators.
The Diamond Vision screen measures 107.52 x 10.88m, a total area of 1,169.8m². The screen contains approximately 12 million LEDs for high-definition images.
Mitsubishi Electric’s Diamond Vision product has now been installed in more than 950 locations worldwide, including Tokyo Dome and the new Dallas Cowboys stadium.
