AEG and Hard Rock Live form strategic partnership
AEG Facilities and Hard Rock Live have entered into a long-term agreement in AEG will provide targeted venue management, operations and sponsorship services for the 5,500-seat indoor venue at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida.
“Hard Rock Live has partnered with AEG over the last seven years to produce more than 150 highly successful entertainment events,” says senior vice president of entertainment Bernie Dillon. “The deal expands the relationship so we can continue to bring the world’s best entertainment to South Florida. It is an honour and a pleasure to be associated with the entire AEG family.”
Opened in 2005, Hard Rock Live hosts more than 150 events per year, including major concert tours, comedy acts and sporting events. In its seven-year history, the venue has welcomed more than 1.5 million guests and legendary artists including Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton and Billy Joel, as well as major comedy tours including Chris Rock, Robin Williams and George Lopez. The state-of-the-art, intimate venue in South Florida is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, located in between Fort Lauderdale and Miami in Hollywood, Fla.
As part of the AEG Facilities network, Hard Rock Live will have access to AEG’s venue expertise and resources of more than 100 of the world’s elite sports and entertainment venues.
