South Africa 2010 World Cup Tenders for the New Durban Stadium

Sealed tenders, addressed to the City Manager, c/o Ground Floor, Municipal Buildings, 166 K.E. Masinga Road (formerly Old Fort Road), Durban 4001, South Africa or PO Box 1014, Durban 4000, South Africa will be received at any time prior to but not later than 11:00AM on the closing dates specified for the requirements indicated, when tenders will be opened publicly.

SP2010/AV1 - Supply and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment (96m² LED screen, scoreboards and LCD TVs etc.)

(R1000 non-refundable tender fee - bank guaranteed cheques or electronic bank transfers only)

Closing date: 24th April 2009 at 11:00AM.


*A compulsory clarification and site inspection will be held at 10:00AM, on 9th April 2009, at the Moses Mabhida Stadium Viewing Platform / Information Centre, Isaiah Ntshangase (Walter Gilbert) Road, Durban, South Africa (Opposite the ABSA Stadium Ticket Office). Tenders submitted by tenderers who do not attend this meeting will not be considered.
