The University of New Hampshire football team held its annual media day this week, giving assembled journalists the chance to look around the brand new Wildcat Stadium. The 11,015-seat venue is a substantial upgrade on the old stadium, which featured seating for just 6,500.
Director of athletics, Marty Scarano, and senior associate athletic director for external affairs, Jon Danos, were on hand to answer questions about the new Wildcat Stadium, which hosts its inaugural football game on September 10.
