A new brand offering best-in-class payment processing solutions has launched for businesses operating in the hospitality, retail and events industries.

FEP PAY by Freemans Event Partners has been established to reduce checkout queue times, improve operational efficiency, cut costs and delight customers with fast and efficient payments.

The solution brings multiple platforms into one payment journey, creating a true omnichannel consumer experience. FEP PAY accepts all major card and payment types, anytime and anywhere – even when offline.

Operators benefit from an enhanced data capture model, ensuring they can maximise their sales revenue by better understanding the wants and needs of their customers – whether it’s in a restaurant, high street shop or sports stadium.

Following a soft launch period operating at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the Badminton Horse Trials, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone Circuit and with various hospitality clients including restaurants and QSR across London.

“We have worked incredibly hard to develop an industry leading payment processing solution, and we’re exceptionally proud of what we have delivered in FEP PAY up to now,” said Stephen Poole, managing director at FEP PAY. “We’re super excited about the future opportunities in the market.

“We understand that hidden charges and outdated systems can provide merchants with a costly headache, which is why we’ve built a modular solution that is cost-effective and simple to install and use.

“We’ve already had the pleasure of working with some of the largest organisations in the country, and we’re really excited to grow our presence in the market and forge long-lasting relationships with some of the most recognised hospitality, retail and events businesses globally.”
