English Premier League soccer club Manchester United FC and English rugby union team Harlequins RFC have installed new paging system technology at their respective stadia, Old Trafford and Twickenham Stoop.
Installed by Call Systems Technology (CST), a supplier of technology across front- and back-of-house for the hospitality industry, the EasyCall paging system has been designed to help ensure maximum staff efficiency on game days within venue hospitality boxes.
Manchester United FC has had 15 waiter-call buttons installed across its hospitality suites at Old Trafford. The technology will allow visitors to alert staff when they require service, with the aim of enhancing the game-day experience for fans and making for a better use of resources for the club.
Meanwhile, Harlequins RFC has modernized its VIP meeting rooms at Twickenham Stoop with the addition of six EasyCall paging systems, complemented by four pagers for waiting staff. The paging systems will allow back-of-house to page front-of-house when dishes are ready.
