The NFL will contribute to the cost of building Tottenham Hotspur FC’s new stadium, reports EPSN.

The US sports league has, according to the report, contributed US$12.8m to the 61,000-seat stadium, which will be used to host a number of NFL matches – the English Premier League club has inked a deal to host at least two games a year over a 10-year period, and elements of the stadium’s design (such as a retractable pitch over an artificial surface) are specifically tailored toward NFL matches.
