Green 4 announces new CRM, marketing and corporate sales partnership with Worcester Warriors

Worcester Warriors has announced the appointment of Green 4’s Go Solution to handle the team’s CRM operations and marketing activity ahead of the 2016-17 Premiership Rugby campaign.

The West Midlands Club chose Green 4 after a detailed review of the market during the early part of 2016. The new partnership was agreed during the summer and Go has been introduced to manage all aspects of the club’s CRM, email marketing and corporates sales requirements.

Commenting on the agreement, Warrior’s head of marketing Beth Reader said, “We identified a requirement to better understand our fan base, customers and the people who interact with Worcester Warriors. Therefore, we went out to market to find an organization with CRM at the forefront of its objectives and experience.

“We were immediately impressed with Green 4 and the level of flexibility demonstrated within the Go solution platform. Their innovative platform will enable us to deliver a top class experience which we are confident will fulfil the needs of our fans moving forward.”
