Cloud-based hospitality solution provider Givex has deployed its point-of-sale technologies at the 8,000-seat Titanium Security Arena in Adeliade, Australia.
The Titanium Security Arena is used for events including concerts, conventions, expos and sporting events. Givex’s point-of-sale (POS) solution is to be used in different areas of the arena, including corporate boxes, which have their own prices and menus.
Acccording to Givex, the POS will help workers at the Titanium Security Arena manage different functions and prevent order errors, as well as improve transaction speed and efficiency.
Mandy Spear, chief operations officer at the Titanium Security Arena said, “When we met with Givex we were very impressed by how much faster and easier their POS was to use. They were also able to provide us with much better consolidated reporting and flexibility.
“Givex showed they were invested in us as a partner, from deploying rapidly to meet our short deadline, to their incredible technical support on game day.”
Titanium Security Arena’s plans to include Givex’s Uptix loaded tickets and loyalty program in their POS in the future. The arena is already looking into new ways to reward season pass holders and provide better game day experiences.
