Chicago Fire FC has revealed a series of premium hospitality concepts for McDonald’s Park, its new 22,000-seat stadium scheduled to open for the 2028-29 season.
Around 600 seats will be spread across three high-end hospitality products, including field-side seating, mini loge suites and an invite-only Chairman’s Club. Prices are expected to range from approximately $10,000 to $25,000 per seat.
The Chairman’s Club will represent the stadium’s most exclusive offering, with members also able to access the space during concerts and other events.
A second concept will combine luxury field-side seats with access to a private, Prohibition-inspired speakeasy. The space will overlook the player tunnel, allowing guests to see the team immediately before players enter the pitch, and will also provide views into the post-match press conference room.
Chicago Fire chief ticketing officer Ted Glick said the aim was to bring spectators “as close to the action as possible”, with the seats positioned immediately alongside the pitch.
The stadium will also feature mini loge suites for guests seeking a more private environment. These open-air spaces will offer all-inclusive food and selected beverages, access to a private stadium level and a dedicated bar. Glick described the concept as providing a “living room” experience similar to premium products found at recently developed NFL venues.
Levy Restaurants will serve as the food and beverage partner across all three hospitality concepts.
The interiors will draw on the wider stadium’s architecture, which is inspired by Chicago’s industrial heritage and incorporates brick, glass, steel and rich wood tones. Each hospitality space will nevertheless have its own identity, with the speakeasy referencing Chicago’s Prohibition-era history and the Chairman’s Club taking inspiration from the city’s Gold Coast district.
Premium and luxury inventory will account for approximately a quarter of McDonald’s Park’s capacity, putting the venue among MLS’s more hospitality-focused stadiums. Around half of the stadium’s luxury suites have already been sold, according to the club, while a limited number of seats within the newly announced concepts have also been pre-sold.
Construction is continuing, with the foundations completed and concrete poured for the south-west concourse. Structural steel installation is expected to begin later this year.
