Delaware North, global foodservice and hospitality provider, has launched its Signature Chef Series. The new initiative will trial unique culinary concepts for guests and members at key UK stadia, focusing on delivering unforgettable experiences throughout the events season.
The Delaware North Signature Chef Series commenced earlier this year with a partnership with multi-award-winning chef and pioneer of Chinese food, Andrew Wong. Wong launched the first ever Michelin-starred chef-led concessions concept at Wembley Stadium, with a bespoke dim sum menu inspired by dishes from his acclaimed restaurant, A. Wong.
The series will continue across the UK with guest appearances from the likes of Calum Franklin, known for his expertise in creating showstopping pies, founder of Rockfish and seafood specialist, Mitch Tonks, and Michelin-starred chef, Tommy Banks, who has been working with Delaware North for the last year to deliver premium dining experiences at the Stadium of Light. The series will also champion Delaware North’s own team of talented chefs and long-standing suppliers.
