Highmark Stadium and Legends Global have unveiled their inaugural food and beverage menu, a dining experience rooted in local pride and built for the most passionate fan base in football.
The menu features offerings from sponsors including Anheuser-Busch, Captain Morgan, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Labatt, Molson Coors, Palmer Food Services, PepsiCo, Saputo Cheese, Treasure Cave Blue Cheese, Smirnoff, Snickers, Tim Hortons, Tito’s, and Wegmans.
The lineup is further highlighted by acclaimed Chef, restaurateur, and Emmy-award winning executive producer Matty Matheson, best known for his restaurants, New York Times bestselling cookbooks, and his role on the hit series “The Bear”. Matheson brings his signature bold, no-fuss approach to Highmark Stadium with Rizzo’s Chicken Parm Sandwich.
Exclusive to Highmark Stadium, fans can experience specialty offerings built for game day, including the Beef on Weck, Highmark Wings, Spicy Golden BBQ Wings, John Young’s Mumbo Wings and Buffalo-style Pepperoni Pizza. Fans can also raise a glass with the Labatt Beer Horn, a reusable bison horn-shaped drinking vessel sold exclusively at Highmark Stadium, and the Tart Cherry Smash, a signature cocktail crafted to capture the spirit of Buffalo.
“Opening Highmark Stadium is a landmark moment for this organization and city, and the food and beverage experience is a big part of that story,” said Dom Verni, Buffalo Bills Vice President of Hospitality. “Every detail was designed to reflect the spirit and character of this community, and we’re thrilled to share it with our fans this season.”
Food and beverage operations at Highmark Stadium are managed by Legends Global and led by Executive Chef Nicholas Karoly [dropbox.com], who brings decades of large-scale culinary experience to every aspect of the stadium’s dining program.
