Coca-Cola Arena has introduced a new digital parking system designed to improve the visitor experience at one of Dubai’s leading entertainment venues.
Developed in line with the wider smart mobility ambitions of Roads and Transport Authority Dubai, the rollout of Parkonic brings a fully ticketless, digitally managed parking solution to the arena. The system is intended to simplify arrival and departure for guests, reducing congestion and streamlining access.
Using AI and licence plate recognition, Parkonic removes the need for physical tickets or barriers. The result is a smoother, faster entry and exit process, with improved traffic flow around the venue. For visitors, the experience is designed to feel seamless from the moment they arrive.
Located in Dubai’s City Walk district, the 17,000-capacity Coca-Cola Arena opened in 2019 and hosts a wide range of events, including concerts, sport, family entertainment and large-scale ceremonies. Owned by Dubai Holding Entertainment and operated by Legends Global, the venue has established itself as a key destination on the international touring circuit.
It has previously staged sold-out performances from major artists such as Maroon 5, 50 Cent, Martin Garrix, Alicia Keysand Chris Brown, alongside global K-pop acts.
The introduction of Parkonic reflects the arena’s ongoing focus on enhancing the guest journey, while supporting Dubai’s push to integrate smarter, more efficient infrastructure across major venues.
Founded in Dubai, Parkonic aims to redefine parking through automation and intelligent systems. Its platform combines AI-driven accuracy with regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering a frictionless, transparent experience for both operators and users.
By removing traditional bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency, the new system is expected to play a key role in elevating the overall visitor experience at the arena.
